Clive Pearce is a highly experienced manager and consultant with over twenty years experience in senior business development roles within a wide range of manufacturing and service operations.

Clive’s business to business and strategic sales and marketing experience is evidenced in his own personal business experience where as Managing Director of Devon Quality Foods Clive developed the business from a small local bakery to a national frozen and chilled food manufacturer.  Achievements included, increase in turnover from $2 million to $8.5 million whilst employment grew from 16 employees to 62 employees.  A key strategy of the business was to build capability through all stakeholders. This included strategic management development programs coupled with technical & personal skill development of employees. 

Clive’s natural capacity for creating relationships and professional networks enables him to partner with a range of stakeholders from commercial, corporate, council, government and industry to achieve mutual win- win outcomes. Specific network examples include  :-

Commercial - Networking with Enterprise Connect at State Director level to maximise commercial support for client initiatives; Training of Accountants on commercial strategies and relationship building; Workshops and seminars through bodies such as Business Enterprise Centre (BECIR).

Council - Strategic Council networking specifically City of Ipswich.

Government - working together with AusIndustry to maximise support for client strategies.

Industry - Recent experience in Transport, Food Manufacturing, Plastics Manufacturing, Education,  Social Services, business to business and new business IT start up and finalist in Beenleigh Quest Business Achiever Awards 2010.

Clive has a BSc in Economics and Management, and a MBA in International Business and Marketing.
