The CAPCorporate “Business Healthcheck” is a thorough review of the business including financial analysis, business SWOT analysis, human resource management and strategic plan review. The process involves the following;
- Identify both the owners and business strategic goals
- Analysis of production/service planning
- Analysis of product/ service costing
- Strategic review of sales & marketing
- Review of gross margins, cash flow & profits
- Review of expenses, through a critical cost reduction analysis
- Strategic HR assessment to identify gaps in linking the activities of individuals to the Strategy of the organisation utilising a nationally recognised framework HR National Standard HRF - 101:2010 Human Resource Framework.
Outcomes from the CAPCorporate “Business Healthcheck” include a 12 month operational and 3 year Strategic Plan with a focus on maximising the development of both net profit and net worth of the business.
