Major Accountancy Firm Training - 2010
Development and delivery of internal persnnel development program to “see through the numbers” and move from a role of audit/compliance to Strategic Business Advisors.
Outcome included enhanced customer loyalty, service and oportunity for revenue generation.
Major Plastics Manufacturing - 2010
CAPcorporate undertook a detailed review of business and HR operations utilising recognised national benchmarking tools. Review identified management accountability and reporting structure as a major weakness.
Worked in partnership with Enterprise Connect and other Government bodies to maximise support.
Outcomes included a complete board, management and supervisor restructure together with mentoring the business owner to move from the role of a manager to that of a director. Development of a cultural change program to improve accountability and reporting structures and processes.
Food Manufacturing - 2010
CAPCorporate performed a detailed review of the sales and marketing operation for the business, which led to the establishment of sound reporting structures and innovative sales strategy. Detailed analysis of company net worth also resulted in a clearly defined strategy to maximise business value for the owner over three years as part of director’s succession/exit strategy.
Outcomes included improved sales through new customers and product groups (strategic sales and marketing review and implementation) and a clearly defined succession plan. Worked in partnership with Enterprise Connect and other Government bodies to maximise grant and specialist expert support.
Transport Industry - 2009/2010
CAPCorporate were referred by the client’s bank to review profitability and cash flow. The business review provided a detailed report of profitability and strategy to maximise business growth.
Outcomes included, developing internal systems / processes and monthly reporting structure to the advisory board on business strategy and merger and acquisition plans. Capcorporate also provided individual mentoring of one director regarding his transition into the role of General Manager.
Education - 2009
